직무 소개

이 역할은 Security Compliance 팀의 Individual Contributor 포지션입니다.
이 팀원은 자신의 지식과 Skillset을 활용하여 IT Security Compliance 활동을 지원합니다. 이러한 활동에는 IT Security Compliance Framework, Standards 또는 SOPs 업데이트를 조율하고, 내부 정책 및/또는 규제 요구사항에 대한 Compliance를 평가하거나 규제 보고를 지원하기 위한 응답을 수집하는 작업이 포함될 수 있습니다.

이 팀원은 독립적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있어야 하며, 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 여러 작업을 동시에 처리하고 우선순위가 충돌하는 상황을 관리할 수 있어야 합니다. 또한 유연성을 유지해야 합니다. 이 역할은 다양한 팀과 효과적으로 협업할 수 있는 강력한 분석 및 문제 해결 능력을 요구하는 매우 협업적인 포지션입니다.

업무 내용

• Compliance 정책 및 절차의 발행과 유지 관리 지원
• Compliance 요구사항 조율 및 데이터 수집
• Compliance 평가 수행, 결과 보고 및 개선 사항 추적
• 주요 이해관계자와 협업하여 프로세스 및 문서 관리 개선
• 과학기술정보통신부(Ministry of Science and ICT) 등 정부 기관과의 보고 및 커뮤니케이션
• 정기 또는 비정기 Inspection/Audit 대응
• 재난 관리 인식 제고 및 Training Program 개발, 운영, 관리, 평가
• Certification Compliance 요구사항 조율 및 데이터 수집

자격 요건

• IT, Information Security 또는 Telecommunication Disaster Management 분야에서 최소 5~8년 경력
• IT Infrastructure, Services 및 Cloud Service에 대한 높은 수준의 기술적 경험과 이해
   
• 과학기술정보통신부 등 정부 기관 대응 및 Compliance Monitoring 경험
   
• GRC Tools, JIRA와 같은 Ticketing System, SharePoint와 같은 Collaboration Tools 사용 경험
• 강력하고 효과적인 Communication Skill
• 학사 학위

우대 사항

• PIPA, Network Act, Telecommunication Business Act 등 규제 및 정책 이해
   
• 정부 프로젝트 리딩 또는 참여 경험
   
• 규제 기반 Compliance Assessment 및 Audit Response 경험
   
• Security 및 Privacy Certification(ISMS-P, ISO27001/27701/27017, PCI-DSS) 관련 경험
   
• Security Certification(CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, CISM 등) 보유자
   
• AWS 경험

This role is an individual contributor on the Security Compliance team. This team member will apply his/her knowledge and skillsets to assist in support of IT Security Compliance activities. These activities may include coordinating updates to IT Security compliance framework, standards, or SOPs, assessing compliance with internal policies and/or regulatory requirement or gathering responses in support of our regulatory reporting.

This team member can work independently and should be able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, yet remain flexible. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in publishing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
• Compliance requirements coordination and data gathering
• Perform compliance assessments, report results, and track mitigation
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to track, manage and improve processes and documentation
• Report and communicate with government agencies such as Ministry of Science and ICT
• Respond to regular or ad-hoc inspections/audits.
• Disaster management awareness-raising and training program development, operation, management, and evaluation.
• Certification compliance requirements coordination and data gathering

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 5 ~ 8 years of experience in IT, Information Security or Telecommunication Disaster Management.
• Technically high-level experience and understanding of IT infrastructure, services, and cloud service
• Experience in compliance monitoring and responding to government agencies such as Ministry of Science and ICT
• Experience with GRC tools, ticketing systems like JIRA, collaboration tools like SharePoint
• Strong and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understand regulations (PIPA, Network Act, Telecommunication business Act) and policies.
• Experience in leading and/or participating in Government Projects
• Experience in compliance assessment on regulations and/or audit response
• Experience in Security and/or Privacy Certification (ISMS-P, ISO27001/27701/27017, PCI-DSS)
• Security certification holders (CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, CISM, Other)
• AWS experience
